The return of Datsun gained momentum with the world premiere of the brand's second model, the GO+, in Jakarta.
The Indonesian debut of the MPV follows
the July launch of the Datsun GO in Delhi, with both set to be sold in
Indonesia from 2014, said Nissan Motor Company CEO Carlos Ghosn.
"We're going to come with a product which
is modern, extremely fuel efficient -- it's going to be the best in its
category -- and at a very affordable price," Ghosn said. "We're
expecting strong demand for this product."
